COLUMBIA, South Carolina – Four firefighters were injured Tuesday in a crash involving their fire engine.

WACH reports that four Columbia firefighters received minor injuries when their fire engine overturned.

In a post on Twitter Columbia Fire Rescue stated that the crew of Engine 34 were responding to a call when the accident occurred on Hard Scrabble Road.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
