Fort Bliss (TX) Breaks Ground on New $13M Fire Station

Fort Bliss broke ground Tuesday on a new permanent fire station that will service the greater Fort Bliss and El Paso area, kfoxtv.com reported.

After being in the works for four years, Fort Bliss held a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday, May 28 for Fire Station No. 7 at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center, near the Butterfield Trail Golf Club, the report said.

According to the Fort Bliss Fire and Emergency Services, the $13 million fire station will house at least one fire truck, an ambulance and 11 firefighters.
