As the anniversary of September 11, 2001 approaches, it is impossible not to pause several times to think about that day’s events, the loss of 343 firefighters, and the lives of almost 3,000 overall on that day. Also impossible to forget are the lives lost since then to 9/11-related illnesses. One of the times I paused to think about that day was during the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Lambeau Field recently.
