SafeWaze Unveils Confined Space Rescue System

SafeWaze, an Aearo Technologies brand specializing in fall protection equipment, has unveiled its newest rescue and retrieval system, the SafeWaze Kinetic Confined Space Rescue System.

The revolutionary new SafeWaze Kinetic system is lightweight, modular, expandable and simplifies transport and setup – making quick response easier and more affordable because it eliminates the extra costs and effort of using multiple systems to do the job, according to the maker. The universal davit arm fits a range of bases to meet specific needs, whether it’s on-the-go setup for utilities or permanent setup for industrial use.

Designed and manufactured for all-in-one use, the SafeWaze Kinetic system is the only system on the market to offer an integrated davit arm and gate system that takes only moments to set up, take down, and allows for compact storage. Its easy-to-use, ergonomic design lets a single person transport and install the lightweight and corrosion-resistant Duralcan system in less than three minutes, said SafeWaze.

Features of the system include a lightweight composite metal to provide better strength-to-weight performance than aluminum; adjustable legs for multiple heights and surfaces; ergonomic design to reduce fatigue and potential injury; barricade gate to provide OSHA-mandated barrier to exposed entry points; and universal davit arm and modular add-on components for expanded use in a variety of applications and environments.

The SafeWaze Kinetic system is also available with a number of other mounting systems and adapters, including fixed and portable bases, trailer hitch mounts, and lateral entry accessories to meet a variety of different industrial and utility applications.
