Pinellas Suncoast (FL) Fire Holds Push-In for New $770K Pumper

The Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue invited the public to participate in a wash down and push-in ceremony for its newest apparatus recently, tbnweekly.com reported.

The new Engine 27 cost $770,000 and will replace a 14-year-old rig, the report said.

The new pumper is on a Pierce Enforcer chassis with a Cummins L9 400-hp engine; Pierce PUC Midship 1,500-gpm pump; and 500-gallon water tank.
