The city of Compton, California dedicated four engines and a 107-foot quint truck recently, according to a Facebook post on Compton Firefighters.
A new color scheme of black over red was introduced to the fleet, the post said. Each fire station will have a replacement engine, along with the truck once the new apparatus is outfitted with firefighting tools and equipment.
