IN THE NEWS: Medtec Appoints Indiana Dealer

Medtec Ambulance Corporation, an Oshkosh Corporation subsidiary, announced that Crossroads Ambulance Sales & Service has been awarded dealer sales and service responsibility for the state of Indiana.

Crossroads Ambulance will handle the complete lineup of Medtec ambulances, including Type I, II and III models within the Additional Duty, Pro Duty and Field Duty series.

“Having the Crossroads team join the Medtec dealer network will provide our Indiana customers with a solid sales and service resource,” said Pete Evans, general manager for Medtec. “Crossroads Ambulance debuts with a tremendous level of expertise and industry knowledge.”

Located in Middlebury, Ind., near Medtec headquarters, Crossroads is a complementary fit as Indiana’s Medtec dealer.

Prior to founding Crossroads, co-owner Dean Martin worked at Medtec for five years in factory-direct sales. Martin also has 20-plus years of combined emergency medical service (EMS) and fire department experience with the Goshen Fire Department and the Middlebury Fire and EMS Department. Co-owner Janet Martin has 26 years of sales and support experience in the recreational vehicle industry.
