Whelen Hosts Special Tribute to Fallen Firefighters at FDIC International 2024

Whelen Engineering’s booth at FDIC International 2024 (Booth 3223) will have a special tribute to fallen firefighters at 12:30 pm on Thursday April 18, 2024. Jesse Love, driver of the #2 Whelen Chevy Camaro for Richard Childress Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, will be on site to help unveil an all-new car design in partnership with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF). Members of the NFFF will also be present to help unveil the tribute to fallen firefighters. There will be photo/autograph opportunities with Jesse Love as well.

Visitors will also see the new Field Series™ Brow Light. This brow light illuminates your entire field of vision using Whelen’s dynamic beam technology to provide control and maximum visibility with the flip of a switch. It features Near Field optic technology to direct light spread down toward the ground, illuminating the immediate area surrounding an apparatus, and Far Field optic technology that emits light in a wide and even spread.

Booth 3223 will also feature live demos of the Whelen Cloud Platform® (WCP®). The company’s industry experts will be on hand to show visitors how the latest developments in vehicle connectivity can enhance the safety of your team while increasing visibility, communication, and efficiency.
