WELLINGTON, Florida – A firefighter was injured in an apparatus accident Thursday morning according to the Palm Beach Post.

A Palm Beach County firefighter was injured when the brush truck he was driving overturned before 9:00 a.m. at the intersection of Lyons Road and Lantana Road, near Wellington.

The firefighter was the only person in the brush truck.

The fire department said the rollover occurred as the truck was headed to a fire station.

The was no report on the cause of the rollover or the condition of the injured firefighter.
