WATCH | Muddy Brook (CT) FD Set to Retire 1988 Mack Tanker

On Friday, June 21, WINY Radio visited the Muddy Brook Fire Department in Woodstock, Connecticut for a gathering of four members of the department who were there 36 years ago for the assessment, approval, specification, order, and delivery of a brand new, custom built 1988 Mack Tanker.

The still active members of the department, Past Chief Russ Dowd, Dick Baron, Calvin Neely, and Geoy Wetherell gathered Friday to reminisce about their legendary 1988 Mack tanker.
