Muldoon (TX) FD Takes Delivery of New Pumper

The Muldoon Fire Department took delivery of a new Fouts Brothers FB-94 Spartan Engine, with a 1,000-gallon water tank and 1,500-gallon-per-minute pump, the department said in a Facebook post. The engine was purchased from Metro Fire Apparatus Specialists out of Houston. The Muldoon Fire Department would like to extend their gratitude to Todd Johnson from Metro for his extensive assistance with this purchase.

This new addition replaces a 26-year-old engine. Muldoon Fire Chief Stephen Kelly states that the safety of the firefighters and families in our community was the department’s priority when making this purchase. “We are very excited and could not have done it without the help from the community. The one thing the firefighters liked the best … The air-conditioner works!”
