How to Submit a Picture to
Fire Apparatus Magazine
Fire Apparatus & Emergency Equipment magazine pays $200 for photos of recently delivered apparatus (no more than a year old) actually working at a fire. The photo must show enough of the fire scene or fire ground scene to visually grab attention and have the impact of a “news photograph.”
Complete cutline information is required along with identification—name and fire company—of any recognizable people appearing in the photo as well as a description of what is taking place in the photo.
We pay $50 for photos of apparatus working at a fire that we use inside to illustrate a story.
Photo files should be at least 10 inches or 3,000 pixels wide at a minimum of 300dpi. Photos may be sent via e-mail or
mailed to: Fire Apparatus Magazine, 234 Monarch Hill Road, Tunbridge, VT 05077 (Attn: Editor)
Please include contact telephone numbers for the photographer and for the department shown.
